NOTW Grey and Pink.....

My nails are in bad shape from those glue on nails. Something told me not to buy them but I did anyway. Now they're all short and stubby : (

I tried to jazz them up a lil with some bedazzles but u can't really tell from the picture.

I painted my nails Tues and I'm already having some major chipping so I will be painting them within the next day or so.

NOTW Claries Preglued Nails.....

I really don't like these nails. Point blank. I would rather spend the extra 10 mins gluing them on than putting them on and getting it done in 5.

I JUST put these things on this morning before I left for class and I have been fiddling with these things all darn day.

They aren't on that tight at all. Everytime I reach up and scratch my head I feel them sliding down.

It's just too much. : / I should've just stuck with what I knew instead of trying to try something new. I'm just glad I didn't spend an arm and a leg on them. The only thing that I did like was the design.


Don't buy these. Plain and simple.

Tyson's Corner Haul....

I finally got my battery situation taken care of. Hello to all my followers (new and old) thanks for continuing to read my blog.

Ok so Saturday me and a girl I work with went to one of the nicer malls in the DMV area (D.C., Maryland, Virginia). I was too excited since it was the first time I had ever been there.

First up Forever 21 of course. No matter where u go somehow someway u will most likely ALWAYS run into a Forever 21. I bought grey sweat pants ($9.50), black pleather leggings ($13.80), and these pink false nails ($3.80) that didn't last very long so there isn't a pic of those.
Total- $28.46

Papaya spent a total of $19.93. The wife beater was $6.99 an the jeans were $11.99.


In the Pink store I spent $32.47. I bought 7 pairs of panties which were $2.99 each and a shirt that was $19.99 but an additional 50% off so it was only $9.99.
Next up was Ulta. I spent $17.91. Brow stencils $4.39, ardell mod lashes in #53 and 21 both $3.79, and L'Oreal Infallible Lipgloss in Posey $6.99 (not pictured).In Icing I bought 2 more packs of their nails. These already had the glue in them and they were buy one get one 50% off so I spent $7.87.Last but not least is Borders. The one in the mall I work at was closing and I have been eyeing this book for the longest. It was the last 4 days until they closed and I had a $5 off coupon so I only paid about $4 for this almost $30. That sounds like a really good deal to me.


I had originally set a budget for myself since I'm planning on taking a trip to FL for spring break. I did pretty good I think I only ended spending about $20 over what I wanted. Yay me and I still have a good amount of money left over. It's crazy because I usually will spend my whole paycheck by the end of the weekend, the whole time we were shopping I was adding the totals that I spent in all the stores lol. I'm proud of myself : )

There will be another big shopping trip to the mall by the Pentagon at the end of Feb, we're trying to go to a different mall at the end of each month lol.

No Batteries

The title completely explains why I haven't been posting my usual posts. Hopefully I will have this small issue resolved by this evening. I have a couple posts lined up; my haul from saturdays shopping trip, NOTW (I think I'm addicted to those nails from claires....I can't get enough) and of course my usual FOTDs. FOTD: Stila's Jewel Eyeshadow Palette Inspired....

I got an email from Stila about their new Jewel eyeshadow palette. In the email it gave step by step instructions to acheive the look the model had using the jewel palette.

I don't own that palette but I still wanted to create the look using the products I had.
